CONSUMER DISCLOSURE

By continuing to participate in any way—as a contestant, voter, finalist, or winner—you confirm that you understand and accept the following rules, along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, in their current or future form. Please read this agreement carefully in its entirety.
These rules determine the scope of legal claims you may make, the types of damages you may seek, and how any disputes between you and the competition organizers (“Fitness Champion” and its affiliates) must be resolved.
The sections labeled “Waiver of Liability” and “Dispute Resolution” explain the specific legal rights you are giving up, including your right to sue in court, your right to participate in class actions, and your agreement to resolve issues through individual arbitration only.
By entering or continuing your involvement, you agree that any legal claims between you and Fitness Champion will be handled through binding arbitration, not in a courtroom before a judge or jury. You also agree that all disputes must be made individually and not as part of a group, class, or collective legal action.
Please note: This agreement includes sections that limit our liability and your right to recover damages. It also specifies that any arbitration or legal interpretation will be governed by the laws of Arizona, USA.
OPERATOR
The Fitness Champion Competition (“Competition”) is organized and managed by Fitness Champion Global LLC (the “Operator”), a limited liability company registered in the state of [Insert Your State, e.g., Arizona or Delaware].
All inquiries or correspondence regarding the competition should be directed to the Operator via our Support.
GENERAL NOTICE
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN THE FITNESS CHAMPION COMPETITION.
Individuals who wish to register for the competition (each referred to as an “Entrant”) are not required to pay an entry fee or make any form of payment to participate.
Similarly, individuals who vote in the competition (each a “Voter”) are not obligated to pay to cast a vote. However, voters may choose to purchase additional votes beyond the free daily limit, if desired. Voting purchases are restricted to individuals aged eighteen (18) or older. This competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
By submitting an entry or casting a vote, both Entrants and Voters agree to be fully bound by these official rules (“Rules”), the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and all decisions made by the Operator. Public voting will determine which qualified Entrants (each a “Competitor”) advance through the competition and ultimately who will be selected as the winner(s).
The Grand Prize (outlined later in these Rules) will be awarded in accordance with these guidelines. Any breach of these Rules or the Terms of Use may, at the sole discretion of the Operator, lead to disqualification.
Please note: All dates mentioned in these Rules are subject to change. The Operator reserves the right to modify or extend any competition deadlines as needed.
ELIGIBILITY AND CONSENT
Participation in the Fitness Champion Competition is open exclusively to men who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Eligible Age”). Additional eligibility rules are outlined below. All Entrants must be individuals who meet the Eligible Age requirement as of the date they submit their entry. This competition is void where restricted or prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, or directors of the Operator, its parent company, or any charitable partners (collectively referred to as the “Competition Entities”), along with their immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, or sibling), are not eligible to enter or vote in the Competition.
Additionally, anyone who has previously been awarded the Grand Prize in a Fitness Champion or equivalent contest within the past twenty-four (24) months from the winner’s announcement date is not permitted to enter or compete.
The Operator reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and may disqualify an Entrant or Competitor at its sole discretion for any reason, including inability to meet competition obligations or failure to comply with the rules.
By entering, Entrants and Competitors grant Fitness Champion Global LLC a non-exclusive, limited, and non-transferable license to use submitted content—such as names, bios, photos, and other entry materials—for marketing, promotion, and advertising purposes, both online and offline, in connection with the Fitness Champion Competition and future related promotions.
False, misleading, or incomplete information or entries may result in disqualification. By participating, Entrants and Competitors confirm that they meet all eligibility criteria and accept these official rules in full.

HOW TO ENTER
To participate in the Fitness Champion Competition, eligible individuals must visit [fitchampglobal.com] (the “Website”) and complete the official entry form provided. Entrants must supply all required information, including at least one (1) clear photograph of themselves that meets the image submission standards described below (collectively referred to as the “Submitted Photographs”).
All photos submitted must be original, appropriate for public display, and must not violate the rights of any third party—including copyrights, privacy, or publicity rights. Entrants are responsible for ensuring they have full permission from photographers and any other individuals featured in the photos. Images containing obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content (as determined solely by the Operator) will be disqualified.
By submitting the entry form, you agree to be contacted by the Operator via email, phone, or SMS for purposes related to the competition. This may include requests for additional or replacement photos (“Additional Photographs”). You may opt out of such communication at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting the Operator directly.
Although entrants may receive assistance when uploading their photos or completing their form, they are responsible for entering their own information truthfully. By submitting a valid entry, you grant the Operator the right to publish, adapt, and use your name, likeness, Submitted Photographs, and related content on the Website, in promotional materials, on digital platforms, and in other media—whether currently existing or developed in the future—for the full duration of the applicable copyright.
Your entry also provides the Operator a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, modify, and display the Submitted Photographs for any marketing or promotional purposes related to the Fitness Champion Competition or future competitions.
Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disregarded. All entries must be submitted no later than May 13, 2024 (the “Entry Deadline”).
After submission, your photos may appear publicly on the Website for audience viewing. Entrants may be asked to provide Additional Photographs, as long as those images are not offensive or infringing on any third-party rights.
IMPORTANT: Once an Entrant becomes a Competitor, they are strictly prohibited from purchasing votes for themselves, using personal funds to buy votes on their behalf, or casting any paid votes in their own favor.
HOW TO VOTE
IMPORTANT: Competitors are strictly prohibited from purchasing votes for themselves or casting paid votes in their own favor. Using a Competitor’s personal, business, or third-party funds or payment methods to buy votes—either directly or indirectly—is not allowed under any circumstance. Violations of this rule may result in immediate disqualification from the competition.
All paid voters must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older on the date they cast their vote. Please note that the purchase of votes is not permitted for residents of Mississippi due to legal restrictions.
Voting Methods
There are two main ways to support your favorite Competitor:
Free Daily Vote: Every verified voter is eligible to cast one (1) free vote every 24 hours. Voter verification may be completed through SMS, Facebook, email, or other methods as determined by the Operator.
Paid Votes: Verified voters who are of eligible age may also purchase additional votes to support the Competitor(s) of their choice. In some cases, voters verified through a payment method may receive one (1) bonus free vote every 24 hours.
The Operator may offer special voting bonuses (such as 2-for-1 voting deals or double votes during specific windows), at any point throughout the competition, at its sole discretion.
Only votes submitted in accordance with these rules and the Terms of Use will be considered Qualifying Votes.
Vote Integrity & Fair Play
The Competitor(s) who advance through each stage of the Fitness Champion Competition will be determined solely by the number of Qualifying Votes received during each round.
The use of bots, automated voting software, or fake accounts is strictly forbidden. Any votes determined to be fraudulent will be disqualified, and the associated IP addresses, email accounts, and phone numbers may be permanently banned from voting.
The Operator reserves the right to:
Investigate suspicious voting activity,
Disqualify any Competitor suspected of soliciting or benefiting from fraudulent votes,
Ban individuals or entities from participating in or affecting the vote in any unfair or unauthorized manner.
Your participation in the voting process implies agreement to these conditions. All Operator decisions are final and binding.
COMPETITION SCHEDULE
The Operator will determine—at its sole and absolute discretion—which Entrants are selected to officially compete as Competitors in the Fitness Champion competition.
Once selected, Competitors will be divided into groups and enter a series of public voting rounds (“Rounds”) designed to progressively narrow the field. Voting begins August 1, 2025.
The rounds proceed as follows:
Top 20 Round
📅 August 1 – August 8
Public voting narrows each group down to the Top 20 Competitors.
Top 15 Round
📅 August 8 – August 15
Voting reduces each group to the Top 15 Competitors.
Top 10 Round
📅 August 15 – August 22
Only the Top 10 from each group continue forward.
Top 5 Round
📅 August 22 – August 29
The field is narrowed further to the Top 5 Competitors in each group.
Group Finals
📅 August 29 – September 5
Public voting selects 1 winner per group to advance to the Quarterfinals.
Wildcard Round
📅 September 6 – September 8
Second-place finishers from each group compete for one last shot. Votes reset, and one Wildcard Winner per group advances.
Quarterfinals
📅 September 9 – September 16
Group Final and Wildcard winners battle for Semifinal spots. Votes reset. One Quarterfinalist per group advances.
Semifinals
📅 September 17 – September 22
Semifinalists compete with votes reset. One Finalist per group advances.
Finals
📅 September 23 – September 28
Finalists compete head-to-head. Votes reset once again. The 2025 Fitness Champion Grand Prize Winner is determined.
NOTIFICATION TO COMPETITORS / WINNER(S)
Competitors advancing through each Round, as well as the Grand Prize Winner, will be notified via email, phone, or any other method deemed reasonable by the Operator—including, but not limited to, auto-dialed calls, text messages, or email notifications.
By participating in the Competition, Entrants and Competitors agree to undergo a background check, which may be conducted at the sole discretion of the Operator. This may be used to confirm the accuracy of submitted information, ensure compliance with the Official Rules, or for other Competition-related purposes.
If a Competitor is found to be ineligible—either to advance or to receive a prize—at any point in the Competition, the Operator reserves the right to disqualify them. In such cases, the Competitor with the next-highest number of valid votes in that Round will move forward or receive the applicable prize.
The name and information of the Grand Prize Winner may be published on the Website and/or listed publicly as part of the official “Winners List.”
🏆 Fitness Champion Grand Prize
The one (1) officially confirmed winner of the Fitness Champion Competition will receive a prize package with an approximate total value of $50,000.00, including:
$20,000 in cash, and
An estimated $30,000 media feature, which includes a professional photo shoot and appearance in a special print double-page feature in a premier edition of Fitness Champion Magazine (page count determined by the organizers).
The Grand Prize recipient will earn the title “Fitness Champion” and may use this designation in written bios or descriptive content, provided it’s for non-commercial purposes only, and does not imply endorsement or association with the Fitness Champion brand, logo, or media unless otherwise approved.
📸 Photo Feature Details
The winner will be professionally photographed by a photographer chosen by the Fitness Champion team.
They must be available for the shoot within 60 days of the competition’s close, with dates and location set by the organizers. All necessary travel documents, such as a valid passport and any applicable health-related paperwork (e.g., vaccinations or test results), must be ready.
If the winner is unable to attend the shoot (for any reason including personal emergencies or unavailability), the prize may be awarded to the next eligible finalist with the highest votes, who would then be declared the Alternate Winner.
The prize package is only granted upon proper document submission and successful participation in the feature shoot.
✈️ Travel & Accommodations
If travel is involved, the winner and one guest will be flown round-trip (economy class) from a major U.S. airport near their location to a destination selected by the organizers.
They will receive:
A minimum 3-day/2-night stay in a hotel selected by the team (accommodation includes either 2 queen beds or 1 king bed)
Meals and local transportation, both arranged by Fitness Champion
Any alterations to the travel plans once confirmed will be at the winner’s expense.
📢 Public Recognition & Media Use
The Grand Prize winner will be publicly announced on the official Fitness Champion website.
By participating in the shoot and accepting the title, the winner agrees to allow the use of their name, images, videos, and interviews across various promotional platforms.
This includes print, digital, and social media associated with the Fitness Champion brand — both in the U.S. and internationally — without any further payment (unless prohibited by law).
If unexpected circumstances (like natural disasters or other uncontrollable events) affect prize delivery, the organizers reserve the right to substitute the media feature with a cash equivalent.
📄 Legal & Tax Obligations
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to all rules and conditions stated.
The recipient is solely responsible for any taxes (federal or state) that apply to the cash and non-cash parts of the prize.
🎉 Bonus Opportunities & Special Promotions
At Fitness Champion, we may occasionally run additional promotional campaigns during the main competition period. These campaigns, referred to as “Bonus Challenges” or “Special Promotions”, are entirely at the discretion of our team and may or may not be directly tied to the core aspects of the competition.

For every Special Promotion we host, we’ll clearly outline important details ahead of time, including:
Who’s eligible to enter (this could include contestants, voters, general fans, or a mix of these groups)
The start and end dates of the promotion
How winners will be chosen and when results will be announced
The prizes involved and any rules or conditions for redeeming them
🔥 What These Promotions Might Include
These Bonus Challenges could involve things like encouraging more people to vote, rewarding top supporters, or spotlighting creative entries during a specific timeframe. While each promotion will have its own set of rules, they’ll still follow the core Fitness Champion Competition Guidelines where applicable.
CONDUCT
To maintain the integrity of the Fitness Champion Competition, all participants — including contestants and voters — are expected to follow our official rules and terms of use. Failure to comply may result in disqualification or other disciplinary action.
The Fitness Champion team reserves the right to take action, at its sole discretion, against any individual whose behavior violates these standards. This may include removal from the competition, cancellation of votes, or permanent disqualification. Actions that may lead to such consequences include (but are not limited to):
Breaking competition rules or website terms
Disruptive or harmful behavior toward other participants or the competition itself
Unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, or any attempt to threaten, abuse, or annoy others
We also reserve the right to remove any individual found to be tampering with the voting or entry process, manipulating the outcome, or attempting to interfere with the smooth operation of the competition in any way.
🚨 Legal Consequences
Any action that damages or compromises the fairness of the Fitness Champion Competition may also violate civil or criminal laws. In such cases, we reserve the right to pursue legal action, including seeking compensation or recovery of costs (such as legal fees), to the full extent allowed by law.
📝 Winner Requirements & Consent Agreement
If you’re selected as a potential Grand Prize winner or a bonus promotion (Ancillary) winner, you’ll need to complete and return a set of required documents (known as “Prize Claim Documents”). These include:
Proof of eligibility
A release of liability and permission for publicity
A participant agreement
Any other paperwork requested by the Fitness Champion team
To officially claim the prize, all documents must be signed and returned within 14 days of being notified. If the documents are not submitted on time, or if a potential winner refuses to sign, they may be disqualified, and an Alternate Winner may be chosen.
📣 Public Acknowledgement
By accepting any prize, you agree to be featured on the official Winner’s List, which may be made available to the public. Unless restricted by law, winners give Fitness Champion and its partners full rights to use their:
Name
Image/photo
Voice or video
Biographical details
General location (city/state)
Quotes or statements
Prize won
This can be used across all types of media and marketing channels worldwide and indefinitely, without additional approval or compensation beyond the awarded prize.
🧍♂️ Winner Conduct Expectations
Winners must also agree to act responsibly and respectfully during any event, activity, or media appearance related to the prize. You’re expected to follow all laws and behave in a way that reflects positively on the Fitness Champion brand.
The organizers reserve the right to remove or disqualify any winner from events or activities at any time if their behavior is considered offensive, harmful, or damaging to people, property, or the reputation of Fitness Champion or any associated sponsors.
Liability Release and Legal Disclaimers
Participants, including all entrants, competitors, voters, and winners, acknowledge and agree that the Fitness Champion team, affiliated partners, sponsors, and prize providers — along with their respective employees, contractors, officers, agents, and representatives — will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages related to participation in the competition, regardless of the nature of the legal claim, including but not limited to contract or negligence. The only exception applies to the reimbursement of actual, documented out-of-pocket expenses or arbitration costs, as permitted by law. This waiver stands even if a participant has been informed of the possibility of such damages in advance.
By entering and participating, individuals agree to fully release, defend, and hold harmless the Fitness Champion organization and all associated entities from any claims or liabilities arising out of or in connection with participation in the competition, the use of submitted or promotional photos, names, likenesses, and the awarding, handling, or misuse of any prize. This includes any personal injuries, damages, loss of life, or financial losses. Additionally, participants waive the right to file claims relating to: confusion or error in competition materials, delays or errors in vote/entry processing, or issues caused by use or acceptance of any prize. Participants also waive claims relating to unauthorized or inappropriate use of submitted materials by the operator.
All decisions made by Fitness Champion management will be considered final on all matters involving the competition. The organizers are not responsible for inaccurate information provided by entrants, technical difficulties, entry errors, system failures, or lost submissions. This includes — but is not limited to — problems related to network outages, server failures, device damage, incomplete or misdirected entries, or any complications arising from internet traffic or system errors. Submission of entry data or confirmation is not considered proof of receipt.
Finally, all participants understand and agree that the Fitness Champion team is not responsible for monitoring or controlling activity that occurs outside of the competition platform — including actions taken on social media or third-party sites. This includes, but is not limited to, misleading promotions, negative interactions between participants, unsportsmanlike tactics, or the offering of external vote incentives.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND MANDATORY ARBITRATION
If any disagreement or legal concern arises in connection with the competition, participation, the website’s terms, or related privacy policies, it will be resolved through binding arbitration. Both participants and Fitness Champion agree to settle all disputes under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, following its Consumer Arbitration procedures. Any ruling made by the arbitrator will be final and enforceable in a court with proper jurisdiction.
All claims must be made on an individual basis only—group, class action, or representative claims will not be permitted.
A single arbitrator will oversee the case. Unless otherwise agreed, the arbitration will take place in Phoenix, Arizona, or may occur virtually if decided by the arbitrator. Proceedings will be guided by Arizona state law. Both parties are expected to share all relevant information upon written request. Discovery beyond document exchange is not permitted. Participants can join hearings in person, by phone, or via video, in line with the arbitration association’s standard process. The arbitrator is limited to providing remedies allowed by law.
The winning party may be eligible to recover legal and arbitration-related costs. Details about the arbitration, including the outcome, cannot be shared publicly without both parties’ written consent, unless required by law.
If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply as intended.
TERMINATION
If the competition or any of its stages cannot proceed as planned due to unforeseen circumstances—such as natural disasters, extreme weather, war, terrorism, pandemics, technical malfunctions, unauthorized interference, or any other issue that affects the fairness, security, or proper operation of the competition—Fitness Champion reserves the right to pause, change, or cancel any part of the contest at any time, with or without prior notice.
Should an early termination occur, Fitness Champion may, at its discretion, implement a new method to determine the winner(s), unless the situation makes it impractical or impossible to do so. Under such circumstances, Fitness Champion will not be held responsible for any resulting changes, delays, or cancellations.
COMPETITION WITHDRAWAL REQUEST
By joining the Fitness Champion competition—whether as a Competitor or a Voter—you acknowledge that any request to withdraw or be removed from the competition may take up to 48 hours to fully process. During this time, a competitor’s profile may still appear active on the platform.
Both Competitors and Voters understand that all votes are final and non-refundable, even if a Competitor decides to exit the competition voluntarily. Fitness Champion strongly discourages voluntary withdrawals, as doing so impacts the experience and expectations of Voters. Additionally, Voters accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including if a Competitor is removed, disqualified, or chooses to withdraw from the contest.
NO REFUND POLICY
Because the outcome of the Fitness Champion competition depends on public voting, all votes are final and cannot be refunded once submitted. As a Voter, it is your responsibility to understand and accept this rule. To ensure fairness and integrity throughout the competition, no exceptions to this policy will be allowed.
All vote purchases are considered final and non-refundable upon completion. By purchasing votes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Fitness Champion competition’s strict no-refund policy as outlined here.
DONATION
By taking part in the Fitness Champion competition as a Competitor or Voter, please note that you are not making a charitable donation. Buying votes does not count as a donation and is not tax deductible. The Operator alone is responsible for donating a portion of the net proceeds from the competition to charity.
Upon conclusion of the competition, Fitness Champion pledges to contribute at least 25% of the net proceeds from vote sales to the Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation, a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the U.S. dedicated to supporting families affected by childhood cancer, funding research, raising awareness, and promoting hope in the fight against childhood cancer.
AGREEMENT
These Rules, together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, fully govern your use of the website and your participation in the competition as an Entrant, Competitor, Voter, or Winner. Any statements or materials published elsewhere do not change or override these Rules, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy.
SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Rules, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy is found to be unenforceable by a valid authority, the remaining terms and provisions will remain fully effective and enforceable.
